Information data provided by the user

The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of messages to the contact addresses of the Agency (e.g. when requesting information or explanations by writing to the e-mail addresses therein), entails the acquisition of the sender’s contact data, necessary to reply or process any requests submitted, and any personal data included in the communications.
Specific information will be published on the web pages of the Agency’s website set up for the provision of specific services. The Agency invites users, in requests for services, not to send names or other personal data of third parties that are not strictly necessary.
The user who provides data referring to third parties acts as an autonomous data controller, therefore assumes all the obligations and responsibilities provided for by the Privacy Code with regard to their processing, guaranteeing that they have acquired and processed the data of third parties, if transmitted, in accordance with the referred sector regulations, therefore indemnifying the Agency with regard to claims, disputes and requests for compensation for damages related to the provision of data by third parties.
